COACH COMMUNICATION

We understand that from time to time you are going to want to speak to our coaches. To make these discussions productive and timely for all parties we have outlined the various channels open to parents to do this.

PLEASE DO:

Email the coach directly. This is probably the best form of communication because it enables the coach to respond during their planning hours when they can have information available to them.

GENTI - Head of MAG - genti@saadigymnastics.co.uk

KASIA - Head of WAG and Head of Squads - kasia@saadigymnastics.co.uk

ANNA - Head of GAG - anna@saadigymnastics.co.uk

KAYLEIGH - Head of Rec Plus/Advanced - kayleigh@saadigymnastics.co.uk

Call the reception. If you wish to speak to someone directly then the best time is during the day when they may have planning time. You may want to email first and arrange a convenient time.

Tel: 01582 794931

Book an appointment. If you wish to see a coach in person then please email to arrange a time. Coach’s have every minute of their day assigned to either coaching or planning so any meeting needs to be booked in advance.

Whatsapp directly. If your coach has said that you can do this then this is also an option however we would ask you to respect working hours and that this is the coach’s personal phone number.

PLEASE DO NOT.

Catch coaches at the door. As explained coaches do not have the time to meet without an appointment. If they are not coaching they may well have a pre-booked appointment with someone else or be on the door ensuring that children are safely returned to their parents. More often than not the child is also present which may or may not be appropriate.

We have instructed all our coaches to politely but swiftly explain it’s not possible and get to their respective coaching positions as quickly as possible. Please do not be rude to them if they are curt, there could be a group of children unattended because you have taken their time up. They may also have finished work for the day!

Use group whatsapp. We are making most group whatsapps set up by coaches one way communication. These groups are designed for us to communicate important information out to parents and history has shown that they get mis-used if the channel is two-directional and messages get lost.
